Abstract
Zinc oxide,놀이터 토토 사이트a direct wide band gap (3.37 eV)놀이터 토토 사이트semiconductor with large exciton놀이터 토토 사이트binding energy (60 meV) at room temperature,놀이터 토토 사이트has attracted a lot of interest in recent years due to its potential in applications in nanoscale electronics and optoelectronic devices.놀이터 토토 사이트This talk will discuss synthesis an properties of zinc oxide nanostructured films, nonoparticles, nanowires and its polymer composites and hetrojunctions. The nanostructured ZnO films have놀이터 토토 사이트been놀이터 토토 사이트deposited놀이터 토토 사이트using놀이터 토토 사이트rf-magnetron놀이터 토토 사이트sputtering놀이터 토토 사이트technique놀이터 토토 사이트whereas놀이터 토토 사이트the놀이터 토토 사이트ZnO nanowires have been synthesized by sol-gel technique.놀이터 토토 사이트ZnO놀이터 토토 사이트based놀이터 토토 사이트inorganic/organic hetrojunctions have been prepared using α -NPD and PEDOT: PSS p-type semiconducting organic놀이터 토토 사이트materials.놀이터 토토 사이트Nano놀이터 토토 사이트ZnO놀이터 토토 사이트polymer놀이터 토토 사이트composites놀이터 토토 사이트have놀이터 토토 사이트been synthesized using PANI and놀이터 토토 사이트PVA놀이터 토토 사이트polymers.놀이터 토토 사이트Optical놀이터 토토 사이트absorption놀이터 토토 사이트in놀이터 토토 사이트UV-visible놀이터 토토 사이트range, photoluminescence and second harmonic generation studies have been carried out for optical놀이터 토토 사이트characterization.놀이터 토토 사이트The band gap (obtained from optical absorption) and photoluminescence exciton놀이터 토토 사이트peak놀이터 토토 사이트of놀이터 토토 사이트ZnO놀이터 토토 사이트nanostructured놀이터 토토 사이트films놀이터 토토 사이트prepared놀이터 토토 사이트at놀이터 토토 사이트different substrate temperatures showed a놀이터 토토 사이트red놀이터 토토 사이트shift놀이터 토토 사이트which놀이터 토토 사이트can놀이터 토토 사이트not놀이터 토토 사이트be놀이터 토토 사이트fully놀이터 토토 사이트explained놀이터 토토 사이트in놀이터 토토 사이트the framework of size effect and has been attributed to the relaxation of the induced intrinsic compressive stress. Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods are grown on glass substrates놀이터 토토 사이트and these showed much enhanced second harmonic generation as compared to ZnO films.
